How to: Add an unbound picture or object to a form.
Solution:
In the Form Design view, click 'Image' on the Toolbox to insert an existing image. Click 'Unbound Object Frame' to insert a new logo or an existing logo.
1) If the Database window is not activated, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form from the list. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected form appears in Design view, and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) Do one of the following:
a) To insert an existing picture, do the following:
1] Click 'Image' on the Toolbox.
2] Position the mouse pointer on the form to select the location for the picture.
3] Click the location for the picture on the form. (The Insert Picture dialog box appears.)
4] Select the drive where the picture is located from the 'Look in' drop-down list.

5] Double-click on the directory where the picture is located.
NOTE: If the file is in a subdirectory, continue double-clicking on the directories until the file is displayed.
6] Select the file from the 'File Name' list. (The filename appears in the File Name box.)
7] Click 'OK'. (The picture appears on the form.)
b) To insert an existing object, do the following:
1] Click 'Unbound Object Frame' on the Toolbox.
2] Position the mouse pointer on the form to select the location for the object.
3] Click the location for the object on the form. (The Insert Object dialog box appears.)
4] Select the 'Create From File' radio button.
5] Type the path and filename in the 'File' box.

NOTE: Click 'Browse...' button to search for a file.
6] (Optional) Select the 'Link' check box to insert a link to the file.
NOTE: Any changes made to the object file that was inserted will then be reflected in the database.
7] Clear the 'Link' check box to insert the file contents as an embedded object.

8] Click 'OK'. (The filename appears in the File box.)
9] Click 'OK'. (The object is inserted on the form.)
c) To create and insert a new object, do the following:
1] Click 'Unbound Object Frame' on the Toolbox.
2] Position the mouse pointer on the form to select the location for the object.
3] Click the location for the object on the form. (The Insert Object dialog box appears.)
4] Select the 'Create New' radio button.
5] Select the desired object type from the 'Object Type' list.

6] Click 'OK'. (The Object Type software application is activated.)
7] Create the object using the desired application.
8] Select the 'File' menu and select 'Exit & Return to <form name> : Form'
(where <form name> is the name of the current form for inserting the object).
6) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save the form.
